BGAN EXPLORER 510 TERMINAL
The new Explorer 510 is the smallest of the Explorer kits and the ideal combination of performance and portability. It offers broadband access at speeds of up to 464 kbps, providing flexibility and necessary bandwidth for the user. The user interface is intuitive and can be accessed from your laptop or any smartphone. With the EXPLORER Connect App you can use your smartphone to make calls or to access the internet in areas without coverage. Available for Android and iOS.

BGAN
The Broadband Global Area Network – BGAN – service offers high-speed voice and data connectivity to customers on the ground, through terminals that are about the size of a laptop. Accessible through small and lightweight satellite terminals, BGAN provides usage options to meet different operational needs. Standard terminals are portable and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Vehicular systems comprise an internal terminal and a discreet location antenna, which is mounted on the roof of the vehicle.

BGAN, the mobile broadband office
With the BGAN service, you can set up a broadband mobile office in just a few minutes anywhere in the world. You will benefit from a simultaneous voice service and fast data transmission in areas with limited access to GSM or fixed networks.

BGAN coverage
Inmarsat's BGAN service is now available across the globe, delivered via our global network of three I-4 satellites. BGAN coverage is worldwide. Any BGAN terminal will operate in any country within the coverage zones, and will be able to connect to any of the three BGAN satellites without the need to reconfirm the schedule or change service schedules (ideal for global travelers).
